    Came in via tow truck to replace the serpentine belt that had broken on my jeep while on the thruway. Right off the bat the manager talked down to me, gave me no sympathy about the hell i just went through, and told me he wouldn't replace the belt which I have already purchased under a 1 year warranty if it broke again in the future. After replacing the belt myself, i asked them to look at it just to be sure, and they let a guy who was not a mechanic(he himself even said it) look at it. Was very disappointed and upset with the service here.
    On another note, the autozone located on Elmwood Ave was much more helpful with my situation, went to this one after my visit on transit.
    Probably won't ever go to this autozone location ever again.
