    Highly recommend. The instructors are excellent at encouraging you to find the balance between accepting where you are, and seeing how much further you can go (both physically and mentally), while learning how to be more intentional and thoughtful - in class, and in your everyday life. The studio is always clean (and nice and warm). And the intro class pack is a great way to try as many classes as you want to see if it's right for you.

    Marina is the owner of MBFY. It is the most welcoming, non-pretentious studio I have ever been to. I love it! Marina begins and ends each class with a thoughtful meditation, one very needed for me lately. I am moved spiritually, as well as pushed to be and do the best I can. Thank you so much. Plus-she gives you these amazing lavender towels at the end of class. Love!
